2. Refund Eligibility and Conditions
While we aim to be as flexible and customer-friendly as possible, please note the following conditions regarding service completion:
- Before Service Completion: If you request a refund before your travel form has been processed/submitted or before your itinerary has been generated, a full refund will be issued immediately, no questions asked.
- After Service Completion: If the service has already been successfully completed (e.g., your travel form has been submitted to the authorities or your personalized itinerary has been generated and delivered), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, we remain committed to a generous approach and will generally honor refund requests made within the 14-day window if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered service.
3. How to Request a Refund

- The date of the transaction
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve our service, though it is not always required for a 14-day guarantee claim)
